Viewing and Working Follow-up Fraud Queues

The purpose of the Follow-Up Fraud Workflow course is to instruct students on how to access the IFLU screen, access another TS2 screen from the IFLU screen, view, transfer or copy an account to another queue, or delete an account from the follow-up fraud queue using the Follow-Up Work Inventory, or IFLU, screen.
