Working Potential Fraud Accounts

The purpose of the Working Potential Fraud Accounts lesson is to instruct you on how to work transactions that have met the criteria for and been placed in the Potential Fraud Queue on the Work Potential Fraud Accounts, or WPFA screen, and how to use action and result codes, set a next work date and an appointment time, request correspondence, transfer or copy an account to another queue, and enter a message.
