Accessing and Defining User Options

The purpose of the Retail Gift Card Accessing and Defining User Options course is to instruct the student how to access the Retail Gift Card User Options Main Menu screen to define PF keys, aliases, and override the language preference assigned to his OTIS profile. The Retail Gift Card Concepts and Terms tutorial is a pre-requisite for this course.
