Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

In this course, you’ll walk through the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process, identifying the primary issue; investigating the issue through research and interview; using the cause-and-effect (fishbone) diagram and five whys tools; identifying the root cause(s); and documenting the overall RCA findings. You will see RCA in action and apply the RCA process to two scenarios.
